You can find our current recruitment needs to the left of your screen. If your class is not listed there, please, do not hesitate to apply; we are always on the lookout for exceptional players.

General Expectations:

General Knowledge: You are expected to have a firm understanding of your class and spec, the role you play in a raid, and your gear.

AttendanceOur raid times are: Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8 P.M.-12 A.M.  (EST) Invites start at 7:30, so it's preferable you are online by then. You need to be in the raid by 7:50 at the latest.

We expect 90% attendance. 'Attending' a raid implies staying for the full duration. We also expect you to be there when we need you.

Things do come up and we understand that, just inform us as soon as you know.

Lastly, if you aren't going to be present for a raid, please post this on the forums. This applies even if you have already spoken with an officer.

Personality: You must be able to take criticism. Although we all understand that everyone makes mistakes and sometimes you just have a bad night, be prepared to be told when you're doing something wrong and what to do to fix it. When this happens, we expect you to handle the criticism as an adult.

We want our members to get along with one another and be able to have fun.  We do joke around with each other and that's just how we are, if you are accepted you're one of the guild, so please expect some joking on your behalf.

Be Prepared: We expect you to read strategies and bring consumables to raids. Spending an extra 10 minutes going over a fight because half the raid didn't bother to read the strat just to learn the basics of the fight is a waste of time.

Applying:

Please make sure that you've read both this and the 'About All Up Ins' page in their entirety. After that, submit an application; which will be posted in the applications forum. If we're interested we will contact you in a timely fashion.

Thanks for your time,

All Up Ins Officer Staff
